Consumers who do not wish to be contacted for commercial prospecting by telephone can register for free on a do-not-call list (Article L.223-3 of the Consumer Code).

Information relating to the right of withdrawal for accommodation services

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services. By booking, you agree that your reservation is firm and final.

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, will result in the full amount of the reserved services being charged to your credit card.

Cancellation fees:

  • 30 days before arrival: 30 % of the reservation amount is charged.
  • 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the reservation amount is charged.
  • 2 days before arrival: 100 % of the reservation amount is charged.
  • In case of a no-show: 100 % of the reservation amount will be charged.
  • Deposit: A deposit of 30 % is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
